It’s a known fact that there is strength in numbers. It
is also true that the strength of a group inspires, motivates, and pushes the
members to do more individually. This is
why the Category 4 Boot Camp program might just be THE program that keeps you
on that path to better health and fitness.
Category 4 Fitness Boot Camp is lead by an ISSA certified
fitness trainer. This is a 60-minute program that incorporates cardio,
resistance and core exercise training in an interval training system that is
broken down into 30 seconds and 1-minute segments. You can do anything for one
minute, right?
Team work and encouragement from your fellow boot campers
will help you stay challenged and achieve your fitness goals. Whatever your
current fitness level, this program will push you to limits not capable in an
