The Perfect Wine Tasting Party at Home (1 session, $55)
Participants must be age 21 and up. We will help you plan a fabulous wine party that you can host at home! We’ll help you select wines, discuss budget, the types of glassware to have on hand, and more. We will practice with our own party including foods that pair well with wines. We’ll prepare ricotta-and-mushroom crostini, sirloin sliders with red onion jam, and a seafood appetizer. We’ll match wines to the dishes so that you know how to do it with your own party guests. Bring a $20 food fee, an appetite, and a love of wine.

Real Spanish Tapas (1 session, $65)
Chefs ages 15 and up will discover the excitement of creating small plates that originated with bartenders who would serve a glass of sweet Spanish sherry with a slice of bread on top to keep out the fruit flies. Eventually the bread had toppings added which evolved to small plates of food. This class will create several plates including avocado and tuna, deviled eggs, cheese and olives, and chicken stuffed with ham. Participants will leave with recipes and a full stomach as we eat what we make! A $15 food fee is due to the instructor.
