Don’t let the
season slip by! We offer separate leagues for boys and girls in grade 3 – 8.
Program emphasis is on skill development, fundamental strategy, and
sportsmanship. Plus, basketball is a great way to make new friends, build
self-confidence, and get a great workout!
For Individuals: If your child is not registering with
a team, we will assign him/her to a beginner team closest to their school or
neighborhood as space allows. Placement of individuals on a team is contingent
upon sufficient registration to form a team and recruit a volunteer. PLEASE consider coaching if you are the
parent of a student registering as an individual!
For Teams: Complete teams may register at either
the beginner or intermediate level. Please call 240-777-6810 for a team/coach’s
packet and submit an official roster with all registration forms and payment
for a minimum of 8 players from the same private school or MCPS school
district. (Note: we reserve the right to
add players to rosters with less than the maximum.)
All teams
practice once a week (weekdays only) and games begin the weekend of January 11,
2014. Fee is $90 for county residents in grades 3-5 and $95 for county
residents in grades 6-8. For more
