Everyone, no matter what their physical, mental, behavioral or cognitive
level is, can benefit from physical movement and exercise. Physical activity
can reduce stress, increase self-esteem and self-confidence, and, of course,
improve overall health. Members of our therapeutic community can choose from a
wide variety of classes and camps designed to engage them both physically and
mentally while working within the range of their needs and abilities.
