ACT The Workout is the Perfect Summer Fitness Program

Need a workout class that will fit into your busy summer schedule? ACT (Aerobic Conditioning and Toning) the Workout is packaged in passes that you can use for any class, any day of the week for up to three months. That means you can jump right into the program today - no waiting for a start date, and no need to delay your first day of exercise! Start with a 12-class pass or if you think you can work out more than once a week, purchase an 18- or 24-class pass.

ACT is a co-ed class for ages 16 and up that is designed to work your cardiovascular system, and strengthen and tone all muscle groups. Instructors can help those that need to pace themselves or stay on a low-impact program to adjust the class to fit their needs.
