Zumba started
in 2001 and quickly became one of the fastest growing fitness and lifestyle
brands. What makes Zumba so appealing to men and women of all ages? Zumba
blends together upbeat world rhythms with easy and fun dance steps to create a ‘fitness
party’ atmosphere that is much more appealing than your typical exercise class.
Many participants say they are having so much fun that they forget they are
exercising!
We have
several Zumba classes that work for beginners or experienced Zumba fans.
Zumba with Aim High 4 Life Fitness (8 sessions, $80)
Dance
yourself into shape with inspiring Latin and international music. Prior dance

The Zukossa
Fitness Team adds their own special flare to Zumba with various African and
Caribbean dance movements. Routines feature aerobic interval training through
