Winter Olympics February 10 - 14, afterschool from 3:00 – 6:00 pm. Winter Olympic
themed activities and crafts will challenge and entertain. For just $60 a

Weekly Documentaries to Celebrate African American History
Month at Plum Gar Community Recreation Center
We will be showing episodes from the PBS "Many Rivers
to Cross" mini series on February 5, 19 and 26 starting at 6:30 pm and
ending around 8:00 pm. Join us to learn about the evolution of African American
people including the struggles, the development of religious and social perspectives,
and succeeding against unimaginable odds.

Seniors Celebrate Valentine’s Day in
Germantown
The Germantown Community Recreation Center will host a Valentine’s Day Party for seniors on February13 from 12:00 – 2:00
pm. This event is FREE but please register for the senior program. All you have
to do is come into the center to register for this senior program and get an
Access Card. There will be music, dancing, light refreshments and a DJ playing
the oldies you love to hear.

It’s
a party on February 14th from 2:00-4:00 pm in the social hall! We
will be enjoying refreshments, board games, crafts, and a movie – all FREE!
Senior Valentine’s Luncheon at Potomac Community Recreation Center
Seniors will enjoy a Valentine’s Luncheon on Tuesday,
February 11th from 11:30 am-1:00 pm. There will be live musical entertainment
and a delicious luncheon. Cost is $10 per person and tickets can be purchased
at the community center.

lunch and entertainment by Senorita Sunshine to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Menu
available at the front desk. Senorita kicks off at 1:00 pm. Price for the meal
