Youth Sports With Focus on Player Development and Skills



Baton 1 (8 sessions, $50)
This class is for beginners ages 4-10. We will cover the fundamentals of baton including twirling, marching, and basic dance techniques. Instructor will provide batons for class use, however, purchase is recommended.  Custom fit batons may be ordered at the first class. Participants will demonstrate their skills in an informal parent performance at last class.

Lacrosse Fundamental Skills Development (4 sessions, $65)
Boys and girls ages 6-9 will work on fundamental lacrosse skills in a non-competitive environment. This course covers catching, throwing, cradling and picking up ground balls as well as basic offensive and defensive strategies.

Challenger Sports Player Soccer Development (8 sessions, $130)
Kids ages 5-9 will work on basic soccer skills development and core techniques. We will work with kids as individuals and also in small group practices and scrimmages. Coaches oversee the games to ensure it is an environment where players continue to learn.

Instructional Youth Flag Football (6 sessions, $115)
Kids ages 5-12 will learn about throwing, catching, offensive and defensive concepts, and, of course, team work! Players will work on their skills as they learn the basics of the game. This course focuses on providing a fun, positive introduction to football and each player will receive a t-shirt.

Cheerleading (7 sessions, $120)
Cheerleading can help young children improve their self-confidence, self-esteem, coordination, and team work. Participants ages 6-9 will learn basic beginning cheerleading skills including motions, formations, chants, and cheers, with simple stunts and dance. Skills build confidence, self-esteem, coordination, and team work. Poms will be supplied for use at class.
