Individuals with disabilities can choose from a large
selection of activities that are great for socialization, physical exercise,

Miracle
League Baseball is BACK! ($55)
Participants enjoy hitting, throwing, catching and running
the bases with the assistance of volunteer buddies to help them along the way!
Miracle League plays games every Saturday at the Miracle League field located
at the South Germantown Recreational Park, which is designed to accommodate the
needs of all players.

Zumba (8 sessions $40, or 10 session $50)
Participants ages 13 and older with disabilities will enjoy
this Latin dance exercise class. A licensed Zumba instructor will lead a series
of one and two-step instructions and dance moves that will have everyone
moving, shaking, and dancing their way to better fitness. Please dress in
comfortable clothing and shoes that are appropriate for active movement.

Jamboree
(8 sessions, $60)
Participants ages 6-10 within the Autism Spectrum will
benefit from this class where they bounce balls, wave parachutes, enjoy music,
and movement in a structured setting. Kids will be encouraged to use their words,
and should be able to follow simple instructions, and understand basic rules
for this class. Bring a bag lunch. Ratio is one staff to 3 participants.
