Swimsuit
season is around the corner! If you turn up your workout NOW, you can tone up
before it’s time to pull out the shorts, tank tops, and pool gear! Try these
classes to help you turn it up a notch.
Insanity (9 sessions, $72)
Participants must be age 16 or older (14-15 if accompanied by parent or
guardian). This class will motivate you to work a little harder, get stronger,
and see results! We will use a combination of strength training, functional
training and plyometrics, working through a fitness circuit. Insanity was
developed to help participants lose fat, increase muscle strength, and promote
the development of a lean toned figure. Great for athletes looking for
additional cross-training classes.

Turbokick (9 sessions, $72)
Participants must be ages 16 or older (14-15 if accompanied by parent or
guardian). This course will amp your workout routine into high gear with cardio
kickboxing and body-sculpting dance moves choreographed to the hottest music
mixes. This high intensity, fast-paced, class
keeps you pushing your own fitness limits while you have fun! For more info,

HulalaFit (7 session, $56 or 8 sessions, $64)
This class is for participants ages 16 and up (13-15 if accompanied by
parent or guardian). Who knew hula could
be such a great workout? We’ll use adult-sized hoops as a body-sculpting
fitness tool along with cardio dance, Pilates, yoga, strength training and
stretching moves to get you a slender, toned and defined physique. Hoops
provided in class, with the option to purchase, or bring your own. Bring a mat.

Group Personal Training (4 sessions, $70)
This class
is for youth and adults ages 14 and up. This class consists of small group instruction
designed to teach individuals safe and effective exercisesthat work all major
muscle groups using weight machines, free weights and dumbbells. Certified
trainers provide assistance in developing a personal program, monitoring

Boot Camp (9 sessions, $81)
This class is for adults ages16 and up. This class uses a variety of
movement patterns to deliver an all-body workout with the greatest fitness
results in the most efficient manner possible. Each workout will have a
different objective and focus. These movements will challenge you, but the
format is non-competitive (unless you choose to make it so). Sign up for one
month but we know you will want to continue into the second month! Each
