Get the Whole Family Moving With These Fitness Classes for Teens and Adults


Dynaerobics (24 sessions, 2 days a week $168)
This course is a compliment to any cross training routine. Teens and adults ages 16 and up will get a whole-body workout starting with a warm up,  aerobics (high or low to your ability), strength and toning movements using resistance bands, and ending with a cool down / stretch. Bring a towel or mat.

Kelley’s Complete Fitness Workout (13 sessions, $109)
This course is for anyone in the family who is aged 13 and up! Benefit from an all-body workout that uses elements from yoga, Pilates, kickboxing and more. Music will get you moving and keep you motivated as will the comaraderie of your family and the other participants. Bring a mat or towel and light hand weights for added resisitance if you prefer.

Knockout Workout (5 sessions, $64)
Teens and adults ages 16 and up will enjoy this blend of cardio, sculpting moves and core exercises to tone the entire body. Start with the basics and keep moving up levels to keep you motivated. This program can vary from no impact to high impact, high intensity for more advanced participants. Bring a mat or towel and weighted gloves if you desire. Ultimate Boxing Bootcamp (8 sessions, $83)
Kids, teens and adults ages 10 and up are encouraged to register for this boxing workout to improve fitness and self confidence. Beginner and advanced levels will benefit from a workout that includes offensive and self defensive boxing moves and light sparing with protective gear. Instructor is a trained professional with 28 years of experience.

Dynamic Ab Challenge (8 sessions, $50)
A fitness class for the entire family (ages 6 and up) and a compliment to the Ultimate Boxing Bootcamp for Youth and Adult. This course offers a cardio workout with a focus on the abdominal region to burn calories and strengthen the core. Learn how to use a medicine ball, jump rope and other equipment to improve coordination, endurance and conditioning.
