Walk against the
current in the outdoor pool’s lazy river and reap the benefits of this
low-impact, high intensity workout! Bring water shoes, and gloves are
recommended and can be purchased from the instructor. Dyna bands offer
additional upper body strength training in this co-ed class.

Boot Camp for Better Bodies by Fit 2 Believe (7 Sessions,
$63)
Participants ages
16 and older will start to see results after just one month of this boot camp
class. We cover strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, and core
training. Each workout will have a different objective and the time exposure
will vary to help avoid a fitness plateau. Each participant will receive a

Yoga at 50 (6 Sessions, $78)
This
class is designed for active people who are age 50+. We will learn yoga
exercises that stretch muscles, improve circulation, and realign the body as
well as yoga postures (asanas) and flows (vinyasas) will help keep and increase
strength of muscle and bone. You will enjoy breathing exercises that diminish
stress and reconnect body and spirit. Wear comfortable clothing. Please bring

Badminton Beginner/Adv. Beginner (6 Sessions, $67)
Not
just for the backyard, badminton is a great form of exercise! In this beginner
class, participants ages 9 and older will learn about badminton body movement,
concepts, tactics, strategies, history, rules, court etiquette and athletic
psychology. We will cover competitive techniques of both singles and doubles
play. Students must bring their own racquet and a $10 material fee is due to
instructor on the first day of class.

Badminton Intermediate (6 Sessions, $107)
In this class we will continue our
emphasis on learning individual skills, movements, and more in terms of
competitive techniques for both singles and doubles play. The first class will
be an assessment of the player's levels. The instructor reserves the right to
reassign students to another level. Students must provide their own racquet and
a $20 material fee is due to the instructor on the first day of class.

First Aid and CPR Certification (1 Session, $45)
Whether you need to
know First Aid and CPR for a volunteer position (scout leaders for example),
for your job, or for your own personal use, this class will help you earn a
certification. Participants ages 13 and up will learn how to properly
R.E.A.C.T. in an emergency situation, accurately perform CPR, and how to
administer first aid. By the end of this class you will be educated and
certified to potentially save a life. For more info, email

Urban Line Dance (7 Sessions, $54)
Learn
the basic patterns and steps for line dancing by a certified Line Dancing
Instructor. We will cover basic beginning level line dance step patterns and
gradually progress to intermediate level line dances with slightly more complex
